Medium : Watercolour
I've been affected by the painting bug since I was a child of just 3 years.
Despite having to use water-colour paints in school, I was always terrified of the medium. It seemed way too difficult inspite of its alluring appearance. My preference was always fabric paint and recently oil pastels with colour pencils.
But, recently, having been asked to do a painting in water colour, I regained a love for the medium.
I had bought a small pot to grow coriander (malli ela (malayalam); kothambri ele (kannada); dhaniya (hindi)), but not having sufficient mud, I had the pot occupied by a Red-Indian soldier. Yesterday night, wanted to paint the pot. Decided to try the effects of water colour

This is really creative!!! Loved it. You could even place an ordinary, smaller vase inside it and use it like a vase.
I have always wanted to grow coriander, to sprinkle on food...

Paintings are nice :)..Dhaniya is good. Its lively to watch them grow. However, make sure they are not cold :)..
I have put dhaniya. They are 5 cms tall and still alive from 6 months!!! While the chili plant is 10 cms from 6 months. Green and alive without any leaves out!! Strange...
I think you can get mud from supermarket :)
