Privacy issues
A magnet attracts substances to itself , but not once does it get attracted to other substances. There are a few people like magnets. You can never get to their inner most thoughts unless they will it. They attract people to them, like moths attracted to fire ....
And they keep a distance from the moths ... If the moths try to venture too close , they ward the moths away with the sharpness of their inner light.
The magnets don't go around hunting for substances , unlike the objects that strive to be the centre of attraction. The magnets are cold , absorbed in themselves, and take refuge in more cold magnets. They know the full extent of their attraction, but tend to tone it down.
But when a situation arises where they want to impress with their magnetism, they sizzle and shimmer.
The connection between the heading of the post and the body ? Magnets would understand it ;)))))

I'm no magnet to decipher this..but all I can say is, isnt there a logical/physics flaw in " A magnet attracts substances to itself , but not once does it get attracted to other substances. " -- They do repel too :$

What you said is one way of looking at it. Another way of saying it is that magnets sticks to a few substances.
It depends now hat we give importance for; if it is the magnet, then your explanation will hold good and if it is iron, vice versa.

The magnet draws the iron close , and the iron decides not to move away ;)))
