Just another day !
Am happy today ..... yesterday was a nice day ... reached a good point as far as my project is concerned. We had a telecon with our client , and he was happy with the way our project is progressing.
Yesterday evening , I went shopping directly from office .... bought a glass liner , a gift for my friend ( whose b'day was 2 months ago ) , 4 shades of organdy paper ( to make roses ) , pink chart paper and some decorative stuff for my dresses. Mom said she'd pick me up so that we could go to the temple .......
At home , i was in an upbeat mood ... watched a couple of serials ... finished making a gift for my friend .. now, have to work on her card.
And today , I am in a saree .... my colleague at office and I planned to wear a saree today .....
Both of us are in green ... but while her's is dark green , mine is light. She looks like an air-hostess ....
Mine is a green Pochampally saree
i guess i must be looking good coz some guy at the bus stop blew me a kiss ... of course , i felt a bit outraged at that , but it was a compliment after all !
And i have on the earings that my best friend sent me for my bday 2 years ago - silver with a green stone.
And mom's jade necklace.
After months , I am wearing my anklets - silver ones with 9 tiny bells on each.
And the best thing is , the footwear I painted actually looks good .... I had bought a pair and painted it to customize it.
All in all, my day looks promising .....

I very well know that it was a murder...Well nothin' happened like what's happenin' now when the case was ripe years back...
By "fuckin' Indians" I definitely refer to the ppl who are a part of the legal system...The system is screwed up...The Jessica Lal thing is definitely a hype...Such murders are happenin' almost everyday, everywhere...Just try and find out the stats which clearly shows the ratio of murders out of the total homicides that happen in India...
My friend who was a cop was returning home at 2 in the mornin' and he saw a group of guys rapin' a woman...he was alone but still he tried to save her from a gang of 5 ppl (they were sons of big-shots) He was shot at point blank at 7 places and his body was hung froma lamp-post...This incident happened a couple of miles away from my place a year back..well do ya know abt this...or who's knows abt this???
It was reported in a local newspaper...no names were mentioned...the woman who was saved gave her story to the reporters with the clause that her identity shouldn't be disclosed...Now what say!!!
How many ppl know abt this ordinary cop who died a brutal death tring to save the life of a young lady from some bastards...
Did he get justice???
Will this case be ever reopened even 6 yrs from now???
Y do ya think ppl dont go and settle down in places like Bihar...coz they dont even care whether its a locality, or how many ppl are present over there or whether its broad daylight...they just kill ppl...
My friends dad is a Criminal Lawyer...I get to hear facts from him...Go ask any criminal lawyer how many murder cases are pending in the district courts and the high courts...
So who the hell is Jessica Lal???
and even if Jessica Lal manages to get justice how many ppl will get justice out of all those pending cases??
So there's no point wastin' your time in a country like India...
