Was talking to my colleague by the photo copier today ,.... and all of a sudden, I happened to notice her 0s .... well she writes her 0 in the clockwise direction .....and i guess most ppl write in the counter clockwise direction ....This post is about certain people i know :
and then she told me the manner in which she writes her 8 ..... she first draws a circle .. and above or below that circle [ depending on space constraints] , she puts yet another circle ...... it was a habit she picked up in her KG .... but guess she still continues it ... after all habits die hard !!!!
and therez yet another interesting episode in her life : as a kid , in her school, they used to have P.T. every other day ... and she disliked those hours ... most of us resort to pretending to be sick to escape such hours , but not she !!! the clever resourceful kid that she was , she used to pretend to be totally undisciplined and out of control during their daily marches .... of course she got pinched [ the authorities didnt dare hit a kid ] ... but eventually , they got fed up and stopped asking her to participate in the marches ......
And this colleague of mine is a silent female with deadly comments !!!
the bottom line : DONT MESS WITH KIDS ....
from my experience :
My sister is 4 years younger to me .... as kids , when mom set the lunch / breakfast / dinner , she never allowed us to get up from our seats till we finished the food kept in front of us .... I used to get scolded 'coz I never managed to finish my food in time ....
but my sis .... awfully clever kid ..... she would eat a bit and drop double that amount on the floor [ unknown to any of us ] ... and mom used to comment saying
" learn from her ... younger than you , but still "and the artful little puss - my sis used to sit with a blank expression on her face ....... then one day , i realised what she was upto .... and exposed her to mom ....
but shez [ and was ] such a damn cutie that no one ever feels like scolding her .... when mom started scolding her , her saucer-like eyes grew bigger still , and mom just couldn't bear to scold her ....

is there ne benefit in eating in constrained time intervals? a long drawn out meal is more fulfilling. u get the time to enjoy it, and savour it all the more...

cho chweet especially that part about your lil sis. Me too wrote 8 that way till some enforced writing exercise exorcised me from the double trouble.
does you colleague ...when she writes the symbol for infinity..draw a zero and then one alongside it?

Its soo unfair when our parents side with them even AFTER they know the young'un is upto no good
